Until Ultimate Meal rice protein is added to the food inventory, this is the correct calorie content for my daily protein shake.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake

1.42 scoop Protein Powder
1/2 cup Rice Milk
1/4 cup Frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1 T unsweetened cocoa
1 T flax seed
1/2 cup coconut water

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake

  1. Add Coconut Water and Rice Milk to blender

  2. Grind flax seeds to powder in grinder, add to blender

  3. Blend on "stir" for a few minutes

  4. Add protein powder and cocoa, continue on "stir" until blended.

  5. Turn blender to high and add banana and frozen strawberries

  6. Serve
