Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake

1 scoop Chocolate
2 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1/4 package Instant Pudding and Pie Filling Chocolate Puddings
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. (Tip: Eat slowly to avoid stomach cramping from rapid protein intake)

  2. **Put ingredients into the blender and leave in the fridge overnight. Then in the morning after your workout, all you have to do is blend and enjoy.
