This is a meal replacement to drink after a heavy workout

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake

1 scoop Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein
1 cup Organic Berry Medley
0.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
4 oz Fat Free Plain
1/2 g Stevia Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake

  1. Mill the flax seeds.

  2. Put all in a blender and mix.

  3. Serve with ice.

  4. Makes 32 oz.

  5. A serving = 8 oz.
