Recipe Ingredients for protein shake

3 cups 2% milk
4 scoops PC Soy Protein Shake Mix - Chocolate
1/8 cup peanut butter
1/8 cup ovaltine

Recipe Directions for protein shake

  1. put it all in a blender and blend together.

  2. Pour into four seperate glasses. Put them in the fridge until wanted.
