Fruity protein shake with oats used as meal replacement

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Shake with Oats

2 bananas
4 scoops whey protein powder
2 T flaxseed
8 oz water
1 c frozen blueberries
1 c frozen strawberries
1 c rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake with Oats

  1. puree bananas and flaxseed with water until flax is well ground

  2. add in protein and process until smooth

  3. add in berries and process until smooth

  4. Pour into 4 serving glasses and mix 1/4c rolled oats into each glass

  5. Cover and refrigerate for later
