26 g Designer Whey Protein Powder
8 2/5 g Swiss Miss Diet
1/2 medium banana, frozen
2 tsp Reduced Fat Jif PB
3 ice cube
3/4 cup cold water

Recipe Directions for Protein Shake - Chocolate Peanutbutter

  1. Microwave 1/4 cup water for about 40 seconds. Mix in the hot chocolate packet, toss it in the blender.

  2. Throw in everything else. : ) Blend, and enjoy!
