Recipe Ingredients for Protein shake w/ chia

1 1/2 tbs Soy Protein Powder
1 tbs Chia
1/2 c Pure Almond Almondmilk

Recipe Directions for Protein shake w/ chia

mix chia seeds and 1/4 c water and set aside. Put isp in blender with water, ice, stevia, cinnamon and xanthan gum blend until smooth then add chia seeds and mix by hand.
