Great as a meal, snack, or healthy treat :) You can also add a Splenda packet (or any sweetener) to add some sweetness to it. It tastes awesome!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pumpkin Snack

15 ounce Pumpkin Puree
1 scoop (30 g) (EAS) 100% Whey Protein Powder - Fundation Fuels
1/2 cup (WestSoy) Soy Slender Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Apple Pie Spice

Recipe Directions for Protein Pumpkin Snack

  1. Mix can of Pumpkin Puree, Protein Powder, Soy Milk, and Spices together.
