Recipe Ingredients for Protein Power Soup

1/2 cup lentils, dry
1/2 cup black beans, dry
1/2 cup barley, dry
8 oz chicken, boneless
2 tsp chicken boullion
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Protein Power Soup

  1. dissolve bouillon in water

  2. add all ingredients to pressure cooker pot (no presoaking)

  3. bring to pressure and cook on (electric range) small burner, setting 1 for 1 1/2 hours
