1/2 cup quinoa
1 egg yolk
1 cup alfalfa
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Protein Power Patty

  1. sprout chick peas and quinoa over night.

  2. steam chick peas.

  3. in a food processor, combine all ingredients.

  4. place in dehydrator at 104 dgrees for 1 hour
