Lean Chicken and Lentils in a flavorful stew!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Power Lentil Stew

1 c lentils
1 lb chicken breasts
1/4 c wild rice
1 1/2 c diced tomatoes
1 T Thyme
2 cloves garlic
1 c celery
1 c onion

Recipe Directions for Protein Power Lentil Stew

Boil chicken breasts and tear apart. Add all ingrediants but tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until rice and lentils are softened about 1 hour. Toss in tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
