2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cups soymilk
1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 serving protein powder
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 1/2 cups oats

  1. melt margarine

  2. stir in cocoa until melted

  3. add milk, sugar, dash of salt (optional)

  4. add protein powder once heated

  5. stir in oats

  6. spoon onto wax paper and chill
