Recipe Ingredients for Protein Powder Cookies

1/4 cup dried prunes or dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop (31.8g) vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Protein Powder Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  3. Divide batter into four cookies and place on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes

  5. Allow to cool before serving.
