Recipe Ingredients for Protein and Potassium Smoothie

1 serving Cytosport whey protein vanilla
0.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 envelope Gelatine
0.5 large (2-3/4" dia) Nectarines
4 fl oz Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Protein and Potassium Smoothie

cut 1/2 banana and 1/2 nectarine put into blender; add 1 oz blueberries, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 package of Knox gelatin, 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk. Purree, pour and enjoy. Ice can be added during blending process, if desired.
