High Protein Snack bar for before your workout.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Peanut Butter snack bar

2 serving designer whey protein weight control-chocolate
10.66 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter Spread
1 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Protein Peanut Butter snack bar

  1. Mix all ingrediants in large bowl.

  2. Add water if too thick, mixture shoudl loosen up without having to add water, just have to work at it.

  3. Divide into 5 balls and form into bars.

  4. Wrap each bar in saran wrap and chill in fridge.
