Recipe Ingredients for Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

120 g Robin Hood Nutri Flour Blend
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 serving Natural Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream

Recipe Directions for Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Cream wet ingredients.

  2. Blend dry ingredients.

  3. Mix.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  5. Drop onto cookie sheet and make pretty with a fork.

  6. Bake at 375 or 10-15 minutes.
