0.25 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Joseph's Original Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Almonds Ground
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
