Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

4 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
0.33 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
2 egg Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 serving Ground Nutmeg Spice

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until completely smooth.

  2. Pour onto griddle and cook like pancakes.
