A Hearty Breakfast, top with lite syrup, fruit or honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg white
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Heat skilled on med-high and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Drop batter onto hot skillet, turn when underside is golden brown. Should make 4 good sized pancakes.

  4. You can substitute 1 egg white and 2 eggs for 5 egg whits if desired.
