Gluten Free, high protein pancakes......HCG approved

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

44 g vanilla protein powder, unsweetened
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
4 drops stevia

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredents.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until completely mixed. Let rest while pan is heating up. Put a little coconut oil in pan and rub around to make sure pan is coated.

  4. Pour pancake batter in small round batches. Should make three pancakes.

  5. Serve right away with sugar free syrup or homemade fruit syrup (made with stevia).
