Yummy high protein pancakes. Good when you are in the mood for something sweet!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup Oat Bran
1 serving Balance Protein
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

Mixegg whites, add protein powder. Stir until miixed well. then add oat bran and cinnamon. Pour onto fry pan and cook. I like to top them will 15g of walnuts and fat free ricotta... but choose whatever topping you like!
