Mix all ingredients in food processor, saving the fruit in the yogurt for topping.

1 container Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Original
1.4 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein
9 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for protein pancakes

  1. blend oats and fiber one in food processor

  2. add yogurt, egg white, and protein powder (save the fruit on the bottom of yogurt to use as topping)

  3. cook on med heat in skillet
