Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1 cup egg whites
1 cup dry cottage cheese
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp splenda
2 tsp vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. put all ingredients in blender & more spices to taste

  2. use pam in non stick pan

  3. heat pan to medium high

  4. Variations:

  5. add blueberries once after batter is in pan

  6. or warm apple slices in pan and add batter

  7. or blend banana into batter
