Recipe Ingredients for protein pancakes

2 egg whites, large
15 g rolled oats
100 g cottage cheese, small curd, 4 % fat
1 apple, small
1 dash cinnamon
10 g brazil nuts

Recipe Directions for protein pancakes

  1. 1) beat whites until thick

  2. 2) add cottage cheese and stir till homogeneous

  3. 3) add rolled oats

  4. 4) warm up the pan (the kind you can use with no oil)

  5. 5) put one third of the mixture into a hot pan, carefully turn when you see it's golden brown on bottom side. put in the middle of a plate. repeat with the rest of the mixture.

  6. 6) cut the apple into bit-size slices and decorate the edge of a plate with them

  7. 7) sprinkle cinnamon and sweetener in powder over the pancakes and apples, put brazil nuts at the side of apple slices

  8. 8) enjoy!
