Great on the go breakfast. Make them for your family over the weekend, and then save the rest in the fridge for breakfast on the go.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

2 1/2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/2 cup Water
3 Eggs
6 Egg Whites
16 oz. FAGE Total 0% (Greek Yogurt)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

Blend all ingredients except blueberries. Use fat free spray sparingly on a non-stick griddle turned to low heat. Sprinkle blueberries on each pancake after it is poured. Cook about 2 minutes per side. Makes about 20 4" pancakes (2 pancakes per serving.)
