Makes 4 servings



Whole wheat pancakes with whey protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 2/5 scoop (1 scoop Six Star Protein Powder) whey protein
3 tsp unpacked brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup skim milk
1 large egg white
0.12 cups (2 tbsp) unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Preheat skillet over low-medium heat, spray with light misting of olive oil or butter.

  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  3. In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry, folding gently with spatula until thoroughly mixed.

  5. Use 1/4 cup measuring scoop to make 3-4" pancakes, bake for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

  6. Enjoy with fresh fruit.
