Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/8 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Add wet ingredients into blender. Then add dry ingredients.

  2. Blend well. Pour 1/4c. portions onto non stick grill or skillet coated with non-stick spray.
