Protein pancakes using whole eggs, rather than whites (protein powder not included cause i couldn't get it to work)

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1/4 c Oatmeal
1/4 c fat free cottage cheese
1 1/4 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Cook on stovetop like pancakes

  3. Eat them with syrup, chocolate chips, etc (or they also good on their own!)
