Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1/3 cup whole wheat flour, sifted
1/2 scoop whey protein
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix in ground flaxseed and wheat germ.

  2. In a small bowl, combine milk and egg white.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well. Add water to thin out batter, if necessary.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a non-stick frying pan and cook over medium-high heat.
