Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

6 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
50 ml flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. grind flax seeds

  2. add flour and salt and mix in blender

  3. add wet ingredients

  4. mix in blender but don`t overmix

  5. cook in preheated pan
