A thin pancake that satisfies both taste and protein requirements.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

8 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
8 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
4 oz Egg Whites
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 serving Pure Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

Measure and place all ingredients in a blender. Blend mixture until smooth. Using approximately 1/4 cup of batter per pancake cook over M/H heat until bubbles form on top surface and it is slightly set. Flip pancakes and cook the second side for 2-3 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and non fat vanilla yogurt.
