Gluten Free and packed full of protein

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

1 serving MyoFusion Whey Protein - Vanilla
1/4 cup Egg, White
30 ml Natrel Lactose Free Skim Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/4 cup, unthawed Blueberries
2 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Pour into a pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray ~ heat on medium. Cook one side until you see the little bubbles

  2. Flip over and cook on the other side
