1 1/5 oz(34 g) Vanilla Spiru Tein Whey Shake
1 serving Flaxseed

  1. mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat.

  3. when the griddle is hot, pour batter on griddle.

  4. when bbbles appear on he surface, flp and cook till done.
