Got these from sarahfit.tumblr Pancakes with a punch of protein. Awesome way to start the morning after a workout.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

2 large Egg, White
1 scoop French Vanilla
0.33 cup dry(40 g) Quick Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Cook quick oats.

  2. In blender, combine oatmeal with rest of ingredients (can add sweetener if you like). Blend until smooth.

  3. Add to medium heat. Cook the same as regular pancake.

  4. These are great served with strawberries on top.
