Recipe Ingredients for Protein Pancakes

3 cups Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
1 cup rolled oats
3 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1/3 cup Chia Seed
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1 tbl baking soda

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter by the 1/2 cup full into baking pan sprayed with PAM. Cook to a golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side.

  2. These are wonderful all by themselves - or add some fresh fruit (or 100% maple syrup)!
