This is my recipe for soy protein pancakes, without the soy protein powder cause I couldn't get it to work wiht this tool.

1 whole egg
1 tbsp flax seed
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oatmeal
