I didn't have any bananas for the more popular protein pancakes recipe, so I substituted apple sauce and ground the oatmeal before blending.

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
4 egg whites

Process oatmeal with a food processor or blender, until oats resemble a flour consistency. Mix all of the ingredients, and fry with a little bit of cooking spray.
