1 1/2 c Quaker quick oats
1 c Egg whites
20 g Aria woman's protein
1/4 c Mott's Healthy Harvest single-serve apple sauce
1 T cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Protein Pancakes (another variation; with applesauce)

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Plop four mounds of batter on a hot griddle.

  3. Let them cook until they are lightly brown and firm on the underside.

  4. Flip and cook until done.

  5. Eat.

  6. Feel happy.
