0.5 serving vega proteína poder (1scoop=120 cal) 1.3 oz
3 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
3 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for protein pancake from instagram

  1. blend 2 egg whites with oats, flax seeds, protein powder, yogurt

  2. then add 3rd egg white blend again

  3. put in fridge for 3 minutes

  4. then pour in pan and cook like a pan
