Overnight Oats infused with Protein

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Overnight Oats

1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 scoop protein
1/2 oz chia seeds
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp vanilla
1 small banana

Recipe Directions for Protein Overnight Oats

  1. Place Oats, Chia seeds, coconut and protein powder in a small bowl. Mix until dry ingredients seem blended.

  2. Add almond milk, stir until moistened.

  3. Mash Banana well and add to mixture, stirring to combine

  4. Cover and refrigerate over night

  5. Take out 5 - 10 minutes before eating
