Hearty breakfast that can be made in advance and stored in the fridge

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Oatmeal

1 cup steel cuts oats
1 tbsp honey
1 cup liquid egg white
2 1/2 cups blackberries

Recipe Directions for Protein Oatmeal

boil 4 cups of water, add oats and chopped apple. When slightly thickened lower heat to simmer and cook for 15-30 min depending on consistancy. Add raisin, honey and egg whites at the end of the cooking process. Stir constantly when adding egg whites. Top with blackberries
