High protein, low carb oatmeal. Makes enough for one work week. Make in advance, portion into 5 bags or containers and freeze.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Oatmeal

2 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
5/8 cup pumpkin puree
5/8 cup flax seed meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Recipe Directions for Protein Oatmeal

  1. In a saucepan on low heat, combine milk and pumpkin.

  2. Add eggs and whisk until combined.

  3. Add flax meal and seasonings.

  4. Allow to cool slightly before dividing into containers
