1/2 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Protein Oatmeal

Place dry oats in a microwavable mug. At the egg whites and mix. Add a little water, depending on how you like the consistency. Cook for one minute, stir. Cook another 30 seconds, or until the whites are gelled but not solid. Serve with cinnamon and milk.
