Protein Powder and Soy Flour Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup Soy Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup soybean oil
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
333 grams whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for Protein Oatmeal Cookies

  4. 3. Sift together flours, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.

  5. 4. Beat sugars and soybean oil until creamy.
