Useful addition to a Low Carb/High Protein diet...an extra TBLS of Flax or Wheat Bran can be added for extra fiber without much recipe adjustment(add a few drops more of skim milk).

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Oatbran Pancake

2 tbls Oat Bran Flour
15 g (2 TBLS)Top Care Whey & Soy Protein Powder Vanilla
2 tbls Fat Free Cottage cheese
2 tbls Liquid egg whites
1 1/2 tsp skim milk

Recipe Directions for Protein Oatbran Pancake

Mix & cook using nonstick spray until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with maple agave nectar.
