Protein packed muffins for breakfast on the go!

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Muffins

14 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
16 oz Egg, White
0.5 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
4 tbsp Golden Flax Seeds
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Steel Cut Oats Hot Cereal

Recipe Directions for Protein Muffins

Combine all ingredients, divide into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes. Reheat for 30 seconds before eating.
