Excellent snack with almost 14g of protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Protein Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 bananas
1 cup milk
2 large whole eggs
2 egg white
1/2 cup raisin
6 Serving Size 1 scoops (33.0 g) Protein Powder
1 oz walnuts

Recipe Directions for Protein Muffins

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients and mix until blended.

  2. In a small mixing bowl beat egg whites, banana, milk and applesauce.

  3. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened. Spray muffin tin with PAM, or line with muffin cups.

  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until tops spring back when pressed.
