Recipe Ingredients for Protein Muffins

1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup wheat bran
30 2/5 grams whey protein powder
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Protein Muffins

  1. mix all ingredients with a whisk.

  2. grease muffin pan with baking oil, coconut oil

  3. pour the batter into the pan

  4. bake for 20 min at 350F
