Recipe Ingredients for Protein Muffins, low cal version

6.63 oz Oat Bran
12 scoops 100% Egg Protein
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup splenda
2 cups water
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps baking soda
1 cup almonds
8.64 oz Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Protein Muffins, low cal version

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.

  2. Set aside.

  3. Combine wet ingredients together.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.

  6. Pour into muffin cups.

  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

  8. (2 cups oat bran, 1 cup yogurt)
