Recipe Ingredients for Protein Muffin

2 scoops whey protein
3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup raisins
2 cups of oat bran
1/2 tsp of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Protein Muffin

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, sugar and YOUR WHEY together (for best results sift twice). In a large mixing bowl combine bran with milk and raisins (and optional mashed banana if want) and let stand for 5 minutes. Add egg and oil and beat well. Add flour mixture stirring only until blended. Pour batter evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
